Ability to Update Appointment Price After Service Completion

In many service-based businesses, the final price is only confirmed after the appointment — for example, after an in-person consultation, when extra time is needed, or if additional services are added.

Currently, BookingPress locks in the service price at the time of booking and does not allow editing it afterwards. This is very limiting for industries like beauty, wellness, and tattoo studios where prices can vary depending on the client’s needs and the actual service provided.

Suggested Feature:
Allow admins to update the appointment price after booking — even after the appointment has been marked as completed — with the change reflected in the client’s record, payment details, and reports. Ideally, there should also be an option to send an updated invoice/payment link to the client for any outstanding balance.

This flexibility is a common requirement in other booking/payment systems and would make BookingPress much more practical for real-world business workflows.
